Realogics, Inc. & Realogics Sotheby's International Realty is a collective of smart, energetic, creative and market-savvy individuals that consults real estate developers and lenders to envision, create and sell distinctive residential communities. Our goal is simply to maximize our clients’ real estate opportunity. We are the strategists, the marketing managers, the creative directors, the graphic designers, the production team, the administrators, the sales team and the principals that collectively offer the most effective real estate marketing & sales solutions available. DEAN JONES, PRESIDENT & CEO
Dean Jones is the primary marketing strategist behind the Pacific Northwest’s most respected real estate projects. His dynamic experience as a former developer, analytical mindset and creative insight combine to provide clients with the same breadth of knowledge and dedication that brought national honors to many of his own projects. In addition to being honored with “Development Firm of the Year” nationally by the Pillars of Industry (NAHB) in 2001, Dean was named “Marketing Director of the Year” in 2003 by the National Association of Home Builders, and he was acknowledged as one of Seattle Magazine’s “Most Influential People” in 2004. Dean is a passionate member of the community and a regular contributor to industry symposiums, local publications and institutions such as the Urban Land Institute, the Downtown Seattle Association and other professional organizations.
STACY JONES, VICE PRESIDENT
Stacy Jones has elevated the real estate marketing industry with inspired consumer-focused branding, product placements, image building and high-leverage cross-promotions. Approaching 20 years of consumer marketing experience, which includes numerous advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, Stacy’s passion is to create and position products that consumers prefer. In real estate, Stacy has become widely respected as the primary driver for many of downtown Seattle’s most noted marketing solutions. Her efforts are unanimously recognized by her clients and her peers as well as by national judges. In 2006 and 2008, Stacy was honored with “Marketing Director of the Year” for the Pacific Northwest by the National Association of Home Builders.
CHAD ZINDA, DIRECTOR OF SALES & DESIGNATED BROKER
Chad Zinda leads Realogics Sotheby's International Realty's future expansion. Drawing on more than 15 years in real estate experience as a successful broker and having spent the past 10 years in brokerage management, Chad oversees all corporate operations for the realty as well as broker and brand development. As a certified sales trainer (recognized by Washington State Department of Licensing) Chad is known for "building better brokers" by meeting both licensing requirements and providing skill building and education within a dynamic real estate marketplace. His breadth of creative and strategic talents and collaborative style define a new voice in the local real estate community.
TONY DWYER, DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT
Building on fifteen years’ experience within residential real estate and drawing from more than a decade in direct sales management, Tony Dwyer overseas the new construction and development division for Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. His track record includes dozens of successful communities representing hundreds of home sale across a myriad of product types and price points – many managed from land acquisition through individual unit closings. Tony is an industry opinion leader on market research, product design, development underwriting, construction and pricing. He balances analytical acumen with signature interpersonal skills that has set the standard for the sales teams he leads. Born and raised in Seattle, Tony has a fundamental understanding of the Pacific Northwest and the market dynamics that shape the region.
